Berry's bare belly challenge - 1st August swimwear edition

Summer is upon us, though for those of us in the UK it has so far been indistinguishable from December!

Your challenge for this month is to swim, or do any exercise of your choice, and post a photo of yourself in your swimwear displaying your naked tummy on 1st August, simple as that. I understand it might be a little inconvenient photographing the actual pool visit, so these need not be the same occasion :laugh:

This isn't a before and after (unless you want it to be) it's certainly not just for skinnies (you should see my mahoosive midriff!), it's all about body confidence.

    I think the men have it easier for this challenge. All we have to do is to remove our shirts and put on a pair of swim trunks that come to juts above the knee.

    Now, if you asked both men and women to take pictures of them wearing bikinis that would be a challenge.

    More than half-way through the month! How's everyone doing? I'm dreading this one, that bikini is particularly unforgiving on the over-40s with a belly!
