HELP: How to search recipes?

How do I search myfitnesspal for recipes? I keep putting in recipes to the database, but how do I find recipes that I can use? I am vegetarian so it can be hard to find healthy, low fat meals; often vegetarian meals have loads of cheese, butter, oil, or fake meat products. I feel like mfp would be a good place to find healthier meal choices that are veg. Thanks for any tips!

I was wondering the same thing. I recently went back to being a pescetarian (the only meat I eat is seafood and fish) so I've been looking for different healthy vegetarian recipes too. I found a good one online for a pretty easy baked eggplant parmesan, it's super good! I can message you the link if you'd like.0

Thanks, Bynsky. I saw the search button, but I meant the whole website, not this forum. When I put in a recipe and select for it to be available to the entire database I am asked to give instructions, ingredients, dietary needs, category, and a description of the food. Where does this recipe go? How do I find them?
Thank you, Barbara, for the recipe! I love eggplant but often end up with mushy, oily, eggplant. I look forward to trying out the recipe!0 -
