Avocado Salmon/Tuna Salad
45 g. of Avocado (about half of an avocado)
1 6 oz can of boneless salmon or tuna
2 tsp. dijon mustard
5-10 drops of lime juice
garlic powder
Simply mix it all together and you've got some yummy mayo-less tuna or salmon salad. The lime juice makes it easier to stir and helps keep the avocado in the salad from browning.
