i started slowing trying to use healthier subsitutes when preparing and eating my meals for the day. I'd love to hear more ideas of what you have beein swapping out to lower sugar, fat, or calories, etc :) This can be ingredients, fast food changes, any healthy alternatives you have been practicing!
Heres mine:

Eat Hummus instead of Mayo! It taste great in sandwiches & burger buns, and is lower in fat and calories.

Eat a baked sweet potatoe with a drizzle of butter (or cant believe its not butter spray) and cinnamon on top instead of pumpkin pie. :) Ok i might not be like pumpkin pie but it taste really great and satisifes that sweet tooth when you want something sweet and induglegent like cheesecake or pumpkin pie.

    Hummus, avocado, Laughing Cow light cheese wedge - all good mayo replacements.
    Plain Greek yogurt is a great sour cream substitute.
    Coconut oil in pace of butter for frying my morning eggs, and on my popcorn.

    Oh I have to try the plain greek yogurt thing, I hear you can use it in egg/chicken salad recipes too.
