Jillian Michaels 30 day shred

I have been doing the 30 day shred for over a month and Just noticed that Natalie cheats during the static lunges. When Jillian walks away from Natalie after showing how she does the movement, Natalie takes a little break and doesn't do the lunges. It makes me happy to see these girls have trouble getting through the whole routine too.

    haha that cracks me up everytime! in lvl 2 she catches her and rides her hard the rest of the time!

    Ha-ha....... she makes me crack up when she has a go Natalie when she catches her slacking off a bit :laugh:

    I must say though, I have done the 30DS right the way through twice now and I STILL can't do some of Nat's moves - she is FIT!
  • I pointed that out to my husband. I guess its not kind to use others faults to lift you up, but in this situation it make me feel stronger ;) I also noticed her superman's are not as high on level 3 and a few other things. She is fantastically in shape so it leaves me feeling glad that I chose to do 30DS because if its tough for her then it will definitely bring some results!

    Just starting the 30 day shred. Looking forward to these amazing results that I've heard so much about.

    I always add the 30 Day Shred as Circuit training, 20 min.
