Weigh in tm- to do cardio or not to the day before?!

Hey so tomorrow I go see my nutritionist to weigh in, hopefully the scale moves down and not up!! :)
Does anyone do anything different the day before weighing in?
If I do cardio today will it help see lbs lost on the scale tomorrow?

    I usually eat lighter meals and do ANY exercising I can do the day before a weigh in. I will cut the yard or get on the treadmill the day before. I will even get on the treadmill the morning of my weigh in and I have seen the scale go down.......hope this helps.

    i vote for cardio....it burns more calories usually for a quicker weight loss.

    I don't think it matters whether u work out before or not. Usually you weigh in once a week to get an accurate reading rather than day to day because of fluctuations right? So in my opinion, trying to burn an extra few calories before you weigh in would kind of mess up the accuracy. Plus you lose a lot of water weight when u sweat which u will just gain right back and mean your next weigh in may not show any loss or very little, could discouraging! Leave the tricks out and just do it!!!!!
