Anyone use an outdoor trampoline for exercise?

We just bought my kids an outdoor trampoline a couple of weeks ago. I've jumped on it with them a few times and it's really fun.
It just occured to me that maybe I could incorporate it into my exercise routine.
I'd probably have to do it without the kids because they get pretty wild on it and I'd probably have to start and stop too much to get a good workout.
I wonder if my neighbors would think I was crazy if I was on it by myself early in the morning!
Do you think this is a good form of exercise??

Go put on your heart-rate monitor and find out.
When I do it I sing a song "bouncy bouncy bouncy bouncy- la la la la la"
I can get my heart rate up over 140 on a good day.:happy:0 -

Good idea, that's what I'll do, once the temp drops under 100.0
