For weeks I have been planning to start my "diet". You know how it goes every Monday I would go at it again....

Today I got up and actually had a plan to just try to make sure all my choices were healthier!

It had been a few months since I got on the scale and I was shocked to see the numbers 307 staring back at me. I am here to do this. I am here to pray each day for God to help me through this and I want so bad to be a good example for my small kids. I think having others that are going through the same thing will be a big help.

I loved weight watchers and done really good and even when I stopped I maintained for awhile BUT I know my biggest down fall was I never made exercising a priority and I have got to do that!

Looking forward to being supportive to others and having the support myself.

Well the best thing to do is make sure and try to keep calories at about 1200, and try to get that in 5 meals a day. Eating meals every 2-3 hours raises Metabolism. Another thing to do is increase fiber. You do these things and I promise you will lose weight extremely fast. 80% of weight loss is nutrition based, 20% is exercise. Keep that in mind.

Try researching Intermittent Fasting. The 6 meals a day approach has not been n proven to increase metabolism. Either eating style will work as long as you are in a caloric deficit.
