    are you eating enough? I have been working out a lot and sometimes just wasnt hungry well i noticed if i go much below 1200 calories i GAIN! ahhhhh! so start logging your food and it will help you so much more to be keeping track

    I dont think i' am....like when i do eat i feel like im eating to much to where i feel like im going to gain weight and never lose...
