Goal for the week

We are all approaching the start of a new work week... so, what are your goals for the week?

Mine are:

cardio Tues, Wed, and Fri (I have 12 hour days on MOndays and Thursdays)
one night of GOOD weightlifting..because I found out I was doing it wrong.

    Let's see.....

    walking/jogging atleast 2 miles everyday
    Tae Bo & Turbo Jam atleast twice this week 30-45 minutes each

    I want to up my exercise so that i can get off 2 more pounds which will take me to my first major goal of reachin the halfway mark of my weightloss

    To survive with my sanity! I have my 5th/6th grade musical on Friday..which means after school rehearsals until 6:00 with 35, 10-12 year olds!! AHH!! Luckily I have my whistle. ;)

    Yikes! My prayers are with you. . .although my choir full of college freshmen was as squirelly as any young-uns I've worked with.:wink:

    My fitness and nutrition goals for the week are;

    Fitness ~ to ride my bike to work everyday, as I always do :)
    and to get my hour riding in after work. To get to the gym at least 4x this week to do an additional half and hour of cardio and to get my weight lifting in :happy:

    Nutrition ~ to not eat any of the crap that people bring to work...uuugggg! I've been staying out of the candy draw going on 4 wks now...YEAH!!! And let me tell you reeses peanut butter cups are my weakness. :tongue:

    Have a great week and here's to seeing all of us a pound of two lighter at the end of the week :drinker:

    My goal this week is to get through my workouts without wanted to fall out. I am incharge of the workouts for the teachers that I work with. Mon, Wed, Fri - Circuit Training; Tues & Thurs - Aerobic training. I'm tired just thinking about it.

    Thanks for motivating us to write them down!

    Fitness:
    2 days of swimming
    1-2 days of aerobics and weights
    2 days of soccer

    The big one: eating right! Taking the time and effort to cook and not eat at a restaurant this week.
    Oh, and not gobble down all of our oatmeal cookies. YUM

    Running schedule:
    Sun PM - 7 miles (DONE!)
    Tues AM - 4 miles
    Thurs AM - 4 miles
    Sat AM - 8 miles

    Additional exercise:
    90 minute yoga class on Wednesday morning. :-)

    Nutrition:
    To stay at my goal calories every day!
    Friday will be a challenge, because I have a late night party to attend, but I'll plan ahead.

    Affirmation:
    If club soda's in a lowball with a lime and a black straw, nobody knows there's no vodka in it. :-)

    One more goal:

    To get 7+ hours of sleep a night!

    This is especially important for late night eaters! If you're sleeping, you're not munching!

    I don't eat late at night, but when I'm not sleeping enough, I feel like I have no energy, and then I eat more (and drink more lattes - not good for the wallet). Better just to sleep more, if you can ...

    And that means it's time for me to say good night!

    Oh good god let's see:

    Monday: Step'n'Strengthen
    Tuesday: Cardio Kickboxing + Cardio Cabaret
    Wednesday: Step Interval
    Thursday: Cardio Kickboxing
    Friday: TGIF (anything goes)
    Saturday: Cardio Kickboxing + Step Aerobics

    Of course, eat right and lose some weight from my hips/inner thighs. My waist measurements went from 29.5-27 inches but my hips and thighs aren't budgin'.

    But I'll take weight loss from anywhere :)

    hmm, let me think...this is good to plan out your week....need to do this more! lol

    Okay my first goal is to drink my water...I've been slipping lately...

    second goal is to bring my lunch with me to work because its too expensive and not great choices when I don't

    third goal to do my tapes 40 mins a day or get out for a run EACH DAY....

    Forth, get more sleep....I've been staying up way to late and its not good, especially when my son decides to get up at 3:30 am for the day:yawn: (like today)

    okay forth and final....to NOT get stressed out or internalize everything.....LOL....I know that iis like saying will not breathe to me but hey its worth a shot to see if writing it out helps some!!! lol

    Ok this weeks goals are:

    Get outside every day this week for a walk/run regardless of the weather!

    Stick to eating well and not give into the cravings for cheese

    Do stretch & tone dvd evey night this week...NO excuses!

    Well, this isn't the goal for just this week, probably this week and next week combined, lol but I need to lose 3lbs to be below 200! I'm at 202.8 and I just cannot wait to get below 200. I slipped for a couple weeks, but I'm back on track. Another goal is to make sure I get in all the water I should have (usually in the form of decaf tea) Also, gotta keep doing those belly exercises. Isn't losing weight kind of fun?
