coke a cola chicken

Ok this may not be that healthy but it tastes good

Chicken legs ,pieces ect
1 can diet coke
brown sugar 1/2 cup but can be less or moore
sweet chilly sause 2 table spoons can be moor or less can be hot ect to taste.
add all into electric fry pan and cook on medium till sauce thickens and chicken is cooked
ps
you can also start chicken in micawave just to help
goes great with mashed potato very sweet and sticky

    1) you all should chill out
    2) how is using a can of DIET coke any different than adding it to a cake mix to make a cake?
    3) the poster said you can microwave the chicken to start (I am assuming if it is frozen to thaw it)
    4) there are loads of unhealthy recipes posted in this section
    5) don't like it, don't make it. Pretty simple!

    The only bad thing in this is the sugar and you can use as little as you want.

    you dont have to nuke the chicken it just makes the cooking process quicker

    250 ml of spicy red sause
    brown sugar 1/2 cup but can be less or moore
    sweet chilly sause 2 table spoons can be moor or less can be hot ect to taste.

    People make beer can chicken and that's just as full of sugar.

    Not that I'm going to try this, simply because any kind of cola nauseates me.. But just because it's a fitness site doesn't mean everyone here ONLY eats diet food.. As long as it fits into calories, who cares? The forum is "Recipes" and that's what this is.

    I have a similar but easier recipe!
    I use chicken breasts (lower in fat)
    Sprinkle a pack of french onion soup over the chicken.
    Pour a can of regular coke over top
    Bake in covered dish for 45 mins in moderate oven (180 degrees C)

    I have made it before. It makes sort of a bbq sauce on top. It's alright, not one of my favourite things but I did try it.
