Hi MFP Nation! An MFP friend of mine told me about quaker rice cakes (lightly salted) for 35 cals. She puts a tablespoon of jam on hers for a 'sweet, low cal treat'. I also drizzle honey on them. Does anyone have any other yummy ideas?
