hi guys! i finished my first session of boot camp today! i cant believe i trudged through 4 weeks of waking up at 4:45am 4x a week and getting my *kitten* kicked. but i did it! it was a struggle. i was almost always the last one to finish, the slowest runner, etc..but i also know that that meant i got the most i could possibly get out of it..and thats a great feeling. there was also a serious struggle with the scale..he is currently in time out. but i know the scale isnt the only way to measure success..so below i have posted the inches that i have lost!

bust: 39.5'' -> 37" (so sad! i already had tiny tatas!)
ribs: 36" -> 33"
hips: 44.5" -> 42"
bum: 45" -> 43"
R thigh: 26.25 -> 25.5
R arm: 14" -> 13"

so all in all a total of 11.75 inches lost! i think thats good! i signed up for 4 more weeks of boot camp..so hopefully ill lose even more! if anyone is thinking about signing up for boot camp..stop thinking..just do it! its totally worth it! i never thought i would even FINISH this one, let alone sign up for a second one. if i can do it..so can you! :)

    It takes a lot of determination to get up tht early and work out so hard, you should be unbelievably proud of yourself and your success!

    Way to go! And the perfect message at the right time. I have been doing boot camp for the past month and my scale did not budge either and I was ready to quit. Now Ill measure myself and hopefully it should give me the results! Congratulations again!
