Hi!! I'm Jess, 21, from Nottingham in UK. I have a little boy who is nearly 3.
I'm 5'4" and 163lbs, so i'd really like to lose 43lbs and tone up.
I'm so determined to lose weight and get fit but would really benefit from encouragement off others in a similar boat.
I'll be starting Jillian Michael's 30 day shred as soon as it arrives in the post!

    I joined the website 4 days ago and have been tracking exercise and food entries.
