Lasagna Roll-Ups

1 cup 1% cottage cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup reduced fat mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup skim milk
2 cups spaghetti sauce
8 lasagna noodles, cooked to package directions

In medium bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.

Spread 1 cup spaghetti sauce onto bottom of 9X13 pan (lightly sprayed with Pam)

Lay noodles out (I did this on my cutting board) and put 1/8 of cheese mixture onto each noodle. (about 2 heaping tablespoons).

Roll each noodle up and place into pan seam side down.

Pour remaining cup of spaghetti sauce over noodles.

Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.

Each roll-up is 139 calories. The calorie count may differ depending on what brands of ingredients you use.
