I sit inside my frosty house and pretend like it's not 100* outside and eat... lol.
Actually I don't really like eating much in the summer. I would rather just have 5 or 6 little mini-meals than 3 meals. Today I've had eggs w/ peppers and mushrooms for breakfast, an apple with pb mid-morning, carrots/crackers/hummus for lunch so far. I'll eat something else around 3 and then a bit of pasta that I'm making for dinner. I usually eat between 1200-1500 calories per day and have no issues eat them. I have my diary set up like breakfast-snack-lunch-snack-dinner-snack to make it easier to log0 -

Another way to handle it is to use the "Intermittent Fasting" technique, where you keep your calorie consumption between the hours of 11am and 7pm. Many body builders use that, and it is good for the metabolism. You can have plain coffee (can add a small splash of milk) before your 11am meal.0 -
Even when its hot outside you have to find a way to get in your meals/calories because it's your fuel. Try lighter foods like, fruit, raw veggies with dip, salads, cold sandwiches, cheese and crackers, or yogurt. I find these foods light and refreshing and prefer them to heavier meals when it's hot out.0
