    Awesome! I'm at almost a year and almost 40 so I totally understand the constant struggle! But it doesn't matter HOW LONG it takes as long as you do it! Good for you! You look amazing!

    Your post is very inspiring. I look at most progress posts and people seem to shed weight so quickly...like 100lbs. in a year. I just can't do that without feeling like I am starving. I usually lose about 0.5 to 1 lb. a week. I get discouraged because I (like everyone else here) would love more immediate results. So to see the changes between your before and after picture and to know that you did in not as rapidly as some, is very encouraging to me.
