Need encouragement

Hi, I'm getting back into the swing of things. I would like to add friends who can help motivate me. My goal is to loose 30lbs.

  • Hi. I just joined myfitnesspal and am also looking for others to help motivate me. How long have you been signed up on this? My goal is to lose about 20lbs.
    This is a lot more work than I remember.
    What exercises are you doing? I'm basically doing Zumba and some other standard exercises.
  • I am currently training to do my 1st half marathon. I also like to lift weights, swim, inline skate, and bike. My problem is the eating!
