    lol, I had to look. The first thing listed on mine is the sublingual b12 tablet my doc makes me take. Exciting, eh? The first food listed is the oats I use for breakfast almost every morning.

    Ironically, skimmed milk is mine too LOL, followed closely by oranges, eggs and salmon and cucumber sandwiches :oD
