1) lots of water.
2) lots of protein.
3) plan ahead what you'll eat, and space healthy food out through the day.
4) save some calories for a small treat every few days. It's ok to indulge a little bit, just keep it in moderation.
5) I take a potent multivitamin designed by a doctor specifically for women struggling with PMT, it's called Optivite PMT. I buy it on amazon.com, and it's very balanced and helpful during the week before AF shows up!0 -
Prepare. buy a yogurt with a yummy flavor to eat when the craving strike. Buy some gum. Make some jello. Have plenty of fruits on hand for sweetness. Maybe buy a few cookies that are individually wrapped so that you arent tempted to eat a whole box of anything. Keep them and anything else that might tempt you in the fridge or a cabinet. Out of sight, out of mind. Try to satisfy the craving with something small.0

not only in TOM have I done this, but honestly alot of over eating a few times a wk has ruined my progress to lose weight even, with all the working out I do.
I guess the best thing to do is: GET RID OF ALL YOUR TREATS AND BAD FOODS.
When you want something sweet opt for lots and lots of fruit. for example right now I wanted something sweet but instead of my nutella in the cupboard grrrrrrr I had 2 cups of watermelon and 1/2 cup of blueberries and raspberries. the fruit seriously filled me up. Some ppl suggest just like 1 measly piece of fruit, I say: go all out on fruit till u feel full
other things to take ur mind off all the bad things: workout, read a book, go for a walk, or do something that keeps you from over eating ne bad foods.0 -
