So, I had an account here a while back, but having forgotten all of my log-in etails and deleted the e-mail address most likely assigned to the account, I decided to just make a new one.
I'm 20, from the Oldham area of northern England, I'm fairly large and out-of-shape, and I'd much prefer to be fairly small and in-shape.
I'm doing couch25k. I'm currently on week 2.
I'm trying to sort my health out. I'm not bothered so much about being 'skinny' as I am about being fit. I have a goal weight set in mind, but if I feel fit and healthy before I reach that point, I'm not about to make myself feel underweight in order to acheive it.
As vague as this sounds, I suppose I'm looking for nice people, to be nice with, or something. I'm not sure, really. This is the first time I've been serious about incorporating exercise into a diet plan, so... You know.
I'm not even sure what I'm trying to say here, anymore, except for hello!

Ahh the life of an insomniac.
When you're supposed to sleep it eludes you
but you're falling asleep on your desk at work when you're supposed to be alert.
Why can you never be that tired at 3 in the morning???0 -
