hi, I wanted to post some pictures to show my progress. I started MFP and weight loss at the end of January 2012. I have lost 40 pounds, I have a long way to go, and sometimes it feels as if I have not lost anything, except my clothes don't fit and I have more energy lol. Some of my other victories are my skin, nails and hair are all healthier which I am very pleased about :)

    You look great, awesome work! I see a lot of difference in your face, stomach area, and arms/wrists. And also, you have a beautiful smile! I just couldn't keep my eyes off it haha.
