Hello MFP!

Hi there,

I'm Carrie and I'm new here. I'm a single mother and I am very busy between my desk job and online classes for my master's plus taking care of my son. A lot of my day is spent behind a desk. I once dropped about 30-40 lbs by doing The Zone (yes, it was that long ago), but went back to college and gained it back again. I have a lot to lose but more than anything I want to gain back my health and my energy.

I have some health issues that both make it harder to stay motivated but also would improve drastically by losing weight and adopting a healthier lifestyle. I need help getting and staying motivated. What helps you out??
