Updating for the week.
Start Date July 15 Starting weight 303
Week 1 July 22 - 300.4 down 2.6 I'll take it!
Week 2 July 29 – 300.4 No loss but after camping last weekend I’m surprised I didn’t gain. Hopefully next week will show a loss.
Week 3 August 5 - 299.6 -.8 lost really been struggling. Still trying though.
Week 4 August 12 – 296 -3.6 woohoo!!!!!
Week 5 August 19 – 293.8 -2.2 Yeah! I didn’t blow it on my camping trip last weekend.
Week 6 August 26 – 292.3 -1.5 Woo hoo! Might make it to my goal next week! I sure hope so! Total of 10.7 lost since we started.
Week 7 September 2 Labor Day is Monday - hope to be @ 290 by today. 291.4 lost .9 this week and didn’t make my goal Oh well, there’s always next week.
Week 8 September 9 – 287.2 4.2 lost Woo hoo! I’m only a few days late but I’m definitely below 290 now.
Week 9 September 16 – 285.8 1.4 lost total of 17.2 since we started
Week 10 September 23 – 284.6 1.2 lost total of 18.4 so far. Doubting that I’ll make my 280 goal by next week though.
Week 11 September 30 Eli’s birthday – 283 lost 1.6 total of 20 so far. I didn’t make it to my 280 goal by today but I’m close. Maybe next week.
Week 12 October 7 – 280.4 2.6 pounds lost. I will take this as my 280 goal met. 22.6 pounds lost total.
Week 13 October 14 – 280.0 .4 lost. Not all that impressive. Going to have to try harder. 23 pounds total
Week 14 October 21 – 274 6.0 LOST!!! I don’t know what happened but I’m absolutely THRILLED with it. Let’s just hope it sticks.
Week 15 October 28 – 274.6 ;-P .6 gained but that’s alright. After such a big loss last week I didn’t expect a loss this week. I’m still working at it though.
Week 16 November 4 – 273.8 down .8 since last week. At least I’m headed in the right direction now.
Week 17 November 11 – 271.4 down 2.4 since last week. Woo Hoo! 31.6 lost since we began in July.
Week 18 November 18 – 271.8 up .4 just stressing to much. Hopefully I’ll be in the 260’s next week.
Week 19 November 25 Thanksgiving is Tomorrow! – 268.4 down 3.4 Maybe I will get to my goal by Christmas. Total of 34.6 lost since we started.

Still going steady but I think I am about to plateau again. Not worried though, it is just my body's way of adjusting to the changes I have through and preparing for the next stage of change. I am still confident I can make my goal of 190 by Christmas.

C****ey-Look at you go. At the rate you are going, you will definetly make your goal before Christmas. Keep up the good work.
Datenshi-You are doing amazing as well. Don't settle for that plateau, change things up a little with your exercise and foods and you won't hit a plateau. They are so hard to get out of. I don't know what you do for your exercise, but if you add more intensity for even and extra 10 mins a day, you should not plateau. If you have questions about changing things up, feel free to ask. I will do what I can to help you out.

I can't explain how amazinng and accomplished I feel to finally be here. I'm soooooo beyond happy and proud of myself. This journey has been tough and now the reward is more than I could of imagined. I've set myself myself a new goal of 120lbs, because I believe I can do it. Thank You all for the support. I'll still be here motivating each and everyone of you.0 -

I am glad to say no change this week for me. I have a house full of company (since last Saturday). Since Wednesday evening I have 8 extra people and 1 extra dog in the house. It is a bit crazy here! My sanity is about gone. Love the company....wished they all would help out around here a little more. It will be quieter by Sunday night!0 -
