I started it on Sunday. It is a good workout. I can feel it in my Abs everytime a take a deep breath in. Must be working! Good Luck everyone.0

I was pondering this or 30 day shred. I think Ill start with RIPPED because I have started shred before and know what she does. Got this at home waiting for me! Count me in.0

hey if you think Jillian is too extreme you could start the workouts that i plan on starting today. I believe it's a good plan hopefully. I guess more people that join me in my journey to lose weight will keep me motivated enough.

I started on Sunday as well. I completed day three and my legs feel like they have been run over by a mack truck! I did the 30 Day shred last year and I think I saw good results so I decided to try RI30. I'm trying to change my food intake too.
Does anyone know long it takes for the soreness to go away? I start workouts then after I see results I tend to stop so I can't remeber if I was this sore the last time I did a workout.

I am off work today so going to do workout #4 early. Decided I am not going to eat crazy because its the holiday. I cut back on food but not following the meal plan since I hate cooking!
Off to have my protein smoothie breakfast!0
