Boxing DVDs

I have a Wavemaster freestanding training bag and a reflex bag that I bought from a friend a few months ago for $50. I absolutely love working out with them. I'm wondering if anyone knows of any good boxing or kickboxing DVDs where you actually hit the bags. Looking online, I can't seem to find any. Most seem to just go through the motions of punching, etc instead of actually using bags. I don't know if those kind of videos even exist. Any ideas? :smile:

    I am not sure if they exist either, because most companies would want to sell to a wider variety of people who dont have access to the equipment. Have you tried using a no contact DVD, but with your bag? might work!

    Thanks for the reply! I hadn't thought of that. :blushing: Lol. I do have some kickboxing DVDs I could experiment with. I think I'll try that next time!
