Well 8 miles yesterday on the bike and treadmill and 4 miles walking round town today so I'm 12 miles in inside 2 days. Good start for me. I want to get ahead so if i want a chilled out day where i don't want to put the effort in then i can do!! I want to average 5 miles a day, so that should do it!!!0
