Leg cramps cure

So I was having crazy cramps mostly in my calves, always during workouts. It would tighten up so much that I would have to stop completely because I could rub them out but as soon as I extended the muscle again, it would cramp again. I tried more water, rest, potassium, calcium, magnesium, stretches, rolling them before workouts, rolling them during workouts, protein, gatorade, talking to a doctor and for a while all of the above and just pushing through it. 2 weeks ago the cramps started happening during sleep also.

So last week I was at our local health food store- Earthfare, scanning the homeopathics and I found one specific for sharp leg cramps particularly in the calves called CUPRUM METALLICUM. I used it as directed, (dissolve 5 pellets in mouth 3 times/day) and after the first day I haven't had a leg cramp since.

So I definitely suggest trying it... Cuprum Metallicum... for leg cramping. Seems to have cured mine. :)

I drink tonic water when I go to zumba to prevent leg cramps.
    .89 cent a bottle.

How much do those pills cost at so many a day?
