    Im a case worker for the state's welfare department. I process applications for puplic assistance programs, and then maintain the cases for any changes and on-going support the clients might need.

    I'm also an executive assistant at a beer and wine distributor. One of our busiest holidays as well! We did get the day off, though. :drinker:

    Counselor :) Right now, I manage two recovery homes where adults with severe and persistent mental illness come to learn the skills to live and function independently in the community. LOVE my job!!

    Jealous! None of our warehouse or sales team got the day off (and marketing is pretty much all out at events today) but our accounting/admin staff gets the option to either take the 4th off or to work and get an extra vacation day to use whenever we want. When the 4th falls on a Monday or Friday I take it off for the 3 day weekend, but I figured I might as well work today, leave early and have an extra paid vacay day :smile:

    I always wanted to be a princess... but my second choice... program manager for an aerospace manufacturing company. Basically, I sell airplane parts.

    I also started back to school a few months ago to work on my degree in Business Admin.
