Cleveland Beer - Yum

Not sure whos from the Cleveland OH area on MFP...but once a year a local (best brewery ever), Great Lakes puts out a beer Not sure who’s from the Cleveland OH area on MFP...but once a year a local (best brewery ever), Great Lakes puts out a beer called Christmas Ale...it is like candy and very high alcohol content (so of course high calories). Great Lakes is smart because they only make a limited amount each year...Well this beer flies of the shelves around here. So of course my finance buys cases of it. Ya know...it’s just sitting there looking me in the face each night as i walk in the door from a long day at work...Not sure if anyone else like a taste after work but this stuff is going to be my down fall...it is just too good to pass up...God help me to be strong!!!!

Anyone else facing temptation and weakening?
Thank goodness the holidays go by fast!

    I'm not from cleveland, but I am a push-over for good beer! My husband makes his own beer and wine! YUMMY! That is soooo tough, but I limit myself to one day a week. And then...I indulge :drinker:

    There are some delicious winter brews here in Vancouver, BC. Namely, Granville Island Winter Ale and Russel Brewing Co's Winter Porter. Deadly! I moved far away from the pub that stocks the winter porter, so I've been good so far, but the ale is readily available in stores. I try my best to eat under my limit and exercise so I can have a bottle here and there as a treat. :drinker:
