      It's a blast, isn't it? I took plenty of cold baths to keep down the inflammation when I signed up for bootcamp and started running last year. I wish I had tried harder to stick with it but this Georgia heat wiped me out and I couldn't ever get motivated to start again. Don't let yourself make that mistake- it is much easier just to keep at it, then to have to start from scratch again. Good job, girlie!
