Too much fiber?

So i've been doing pretty well meeting my nutrition goals- but I always seem to be a couple numbers over in my fiber. is this bad?

Nope. Not bad. Usually it's sort of a goal to aim for... over is good provided you aren't constipated from the extra fiber. Drink plenty of water and you should be just great!0

Not a problem if you drink enough water. I'm always over in fiber. I usually end up between 35-40 a day.0
