guys i need people support! add me!!!

hi. I'm not losing anything. I'm working out. I think my problem is food!!!! As much as i hate to admit it. I'm not a glutton and i don't overeat like crazy, it's WHAT I eat. it's really hard for me! it sometimes seems like i either am working out really good and not dieting well or vise versa. I have trouble consistently doing both simultaneously! (I'm 5'5", fluctuating between 154-159lbs. goal weight of 129lbs.) I'm starting college at the end of August and my goal was always to go to college a new person. that's obviously not going to happen. I'm not fat. but i'm on pushing normal and sticking my big toe in the overweight puddle.

    have you considered giving the Dukan diet a go?
    Its fantastic results start appearing from the first phase.

    Ive been on it for 11 days and have lost 2 kg.
