too much protein, not enough calories????

Salmon sashimi seems to be higher in calories - approx 40 calories per slice.0 -
If your diary was public we could look and make suggestions. Without seeing it I'd suggest healthy fats, coconut and olive oil, nuts etc.0

I find the settings on MFP to be low on the protein side. You can customize your daily totals so that more calories come from the protein and less from carbs (or whatever you want). You don't want to go too far one way but making little adjustments to fit you better is fine.0
