Low Cal Corned Beef And Egg Shirataki Stir Fry

It's what's for brunch!

I stir fried together:

One pound of shirataki noodles, 2 oz of corned beef, 2 large eggs, orange and red mini sweet peppers, 1/2 medium onion, one whole baby bok choy, garlic powder, fresh ground pepper and then topped it with some Smart Balance buttery spray.

Total calories for this very filling and delicious meal: 293

P.S.: that’s only half of them pictured on the dinner plate—146 calories worth!

    Thanks for posting

Where can I get those shirataki noodles? I've seen them used in recipes before but I'm not sure where I can get them. Thank you!

I tried the shirataki noodles and they were not too bad. i had heard some horrible stories....but i rinsed them with boiling water and then i dried fried them. i added some soy sauce and waited until that dried. the consistency of the noodles is not the same as normal noodles but on the whole not too bad at all!!

i shall be buying them again :)
