my workout classics: Nine Inch Nails (can provide a good workout playlist if this is your style)
AFI (around Sing the Sorrow era),
    VNV Nation
    Ok Go
    Blaqk Audio
    E'Nomine
    Linkin Park

Those are my classics that's on every mp3 player i own. Lately I been on a Katy Perry kick (guilty pleasure?) but anything with a good beat is awesome for work out and to give energy. When i'm dry on new music i either surf youtube a lot to find something new, or go to my library and start picking out a dozen random cd's that i think i might enjoy.

Just turn on some Haywyre - The Voyage is his best album.

    You can thank me later.

You can download the album for free from his website. Just google it.

As far as new(er) music, you can't beat the Black Keys.
On the softer side, you might try "Gotye", super catchy, "Somebody that I used to know".
