    Good for you!! I stood in the middle of the street and cried when I ran 5k distance.... You should do whatever comes to mind when you suceed as you did. Jump up and down, scream, cry, whatever! Congrats on your NSV!

    That's fantastic! Remember this feeling and keep going! I've been running for 5 months now and It's so nice to get to those points where you feel "Yay I did it!". It only gets better from here!

    Aw thats so good, I can only manage 3 to 4 minutes of a run and i have to go back to a walk.

    Great job! 9 weeks ago a min run at 4.0 miles per hour kicked my but. Today I can do a 5k (3.1 miles at 4.9). Now just working on my speed! Keep up the great work!
