    Okay so I am on my 10th day straight logging into this site, problem is I have not been able to really log into my diary every day due to some personal issues...starting back strong today!


    1) jumped on the elliptical & it felt great!
    2) went for a swim
    3) eating healthily
    4) drinking lots of water
    5) logging into my diary
    6) encouraging my friends!!

    What are you doing to make a difference in your fitness goals today?
