I am soooo craving chocolate right now. Any suggestions?

    I'm a fan of those sugar free fudge pops, 40 cal each, I had some for 20 cals each but can no longer find them in the grocery store

    If you want chocolate, then eat real chocolate. Fit it in your calories and exercise portion control.

    ghirhardelli's twilight delight dark chocolate, the come in 45 calorie pre-packaged squares for portion control and it's sooo yummy, i try to always keep some on hand

    I've read that if you're craving chocolate you can eat almonds and the nutrients will satisfy the underlying physical need, but that sounds crazy to me.

    Go find some reasonably low cal chocolate and eat it. Super bonus points for working out and getting your chocolate fix from choc milk afterwards.

    I keep some extra dark chocolate chips in the freezer. if i want some i'll have a serving and then make sure to leave the room.

    Artic Zero Chocolate Peanut Butter or Chocolate Mint ice Cream . mmm , very , very good for a quick chocolate fix & it only has 150 calories for the whole pint & 0 grams of fat . can't get any better than that . (:
