I'm going to take this serious. I want to change my life style not just be on a diet.

I think we all need a good word sometimes just to encourage us and drive us on. I've spent a long time in a negative relationship and just want to be now around like minded positive people that want to make a difference in their life's, not just put others down.

If anyone wants to be friends just add me, remember we all can use some encouragement and kind words once in a while, and it doesn't cost anything !. :wink:
