    Navel orange - 70 calories
Apple - 80 calories (and one of my favourite phrases I've seen is "If you aren't hungry enough to eat an apple, you aren't hungry")
Those single serving cans of flavoured tuna (ie: spicy thai) - 130 calories, 18g of protein
Coffee, milk (not cream) w/o sugar - 0 calories (+ the small amount of milk) and an appetite suppressant!

Frozen fruit blended or thrown into this nifty device we recently bought called "Yonanas" is also good. Fresh fruit sorbet :)

I should try one day only eating snacks and spreading them out throughout the day - just to see how it goes. Breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner. 5 Small meals.

I'll try this Monday and report back... using some of your suggestions. Thanks all!!!!

That's always what I do and it helps me getting rid of cravings! No matter what time it is, I always know I'll have a snack in less than 2 or 3 hour. It gives me the illusion that I'm always eating. =)

Snack day going swimmingly! I have enough snacks to be under my calorie goal and still have one snack every hour. I'm behind, though, as it's 11 a.m. and I just had my first one. Still feel great!

    Full report tomorrow.

I like to wrap a piece of ham or other deli meat in several leaves of lettuce. Sometimes I add a wedge of laughing cow.

I like the laughing cow cheeses & spreads. There's only 35 calories a wedge. They come in a variety of flavors.
Spread them on english muffin, thin bagel, celery sticks and can spread them on sandwich as a condiment.

Wow! I'm impressed with how creative everyone can be when it comes to healthy snacking. I'll definitely be stealing some of your ideas!

I like Keebler's 100 calorie Right bites Dark Chocolate Fudge Stripes.
I love pickles. 20 Calories for a large, but gotta watch the sodium.
    Any raw veggies.
