Not currently...but I did..and it gave me fantastic results!!! Make sure you measure, weigh and take pics of before and after so you can track your progress. I didn't measure and I should've as I only lost 2lbs from it...but the inches and body composition change was amazing!
Good luck and HAVE FUN with it!0 -
Hey, I started it a while ago when I was first on here and got good results, I plan on starting it up again for August as I'm currently doing a different DVD. Good luck though! I found it worked really well as long as I committed to the workout. Plus, for only 20 minutes, I could be done and showered and changed in 40!0

Do you know if it is as hard on your knees as 30 day shred? Because that kind of hurt my knees, but I love her and her workouts! Let me know how you like it!0

I've only done the week one workout so far, everything is fairly simple and easy to do once you get used to it. The difficulty is based on how hard you push yourself. I've enjoyed it so far, it gives you a pretty good workout. Im looking forward to week two.0

Today will be Day 5 of Week 1 (Started July 1st). Its not too bad. I think I need to increase my weights but other than that it isn't as hard as I anticipated. As far as being hard on the knees, I would say somewhat. My problem is when she makes you do planks. My wrists start to hurt fast, maybe I'm doing it wrong? From what many have said, they lost inches more so than pounds. I didn't measure but I have a pair of pants I want to fit in by the end of the month so I that will be my guide if it is working!
She also ha a diet plant that goes with it. I'm not following it since I am doing the eat clean diet by Tosca Reno, and have steadily been loosing about 1lb/wk for the past 5 weeks.
Good Luck!0 -
I started 2 days ago! I was so inspired by "Sh0eWh0re's" before and afters, that I went and bought it and am determined to finish it!0

Awe, thanks :blushing:0 -
Yep - I'm on day 4 and loving it! You wouldn't think it would make such a difference, but I love the 30 second strength intervals so much more than the 60/30 intervals in 30 Day Shred.
Good luck!0 -

With your wrists hurting on planks, instead of balancing on your hands, you can use your forearms. it strengthens your core the same, it just puts less stress on the arms. you can work your way up to balancing on your hands if need be:)0 -

I thought it was better, but I think part of that may be that I had gained a lot of strength. I did 30DS and immediately followed it up with Ripped after the 30 days.
I want to get back to it. It's been a couple of months, and while I haven't gained weight (have actually lost), I liked my body better back then.0 -

I have injured my left knee and had shin splits from running however until i recover from this i have started the 30 day shred dvd thanks to "Sh0eWh0re's inspiartion and the only thing i found hard is the jumping jacks and the jump-ropes. But i got use to it eventually so doesn't hurt anymore. I would recommend not to run for a while (i took on swimming) and definitelly invest in some k-tape it does miracles!0 -
I'm on day 2 of week 1. It's definitely showing me how out of shape I am lol.0

Yay! Did you post befores and afters anywhere? I'm on level 3 of the 30 Day Shred and would like to start Ripped when I'm finished. Amazing that a 20 minute workout for 30 days can produce such great results!0

Day 1 completed today. Finished shred on Monday0

i've got it on order can't wait to take it on hols and do it in the morning whilst i'll be missing my daily workout.
looking forward to the postie arriving x0 -
It's RIDICULOUSLY hot in the east coast of the U.S. so today instead of waiting until 8-9pm, I chose to go back and do Ripped in 30! It's an awesome workout and you will absolutely see better results than with 30DS (at least I did!). I have to say that coming back to it after running for an entire month doing Ripped in 30 was a lot easier!0

Hoping to start again on Monday. I get bored easily and would rather run. This time I'm making a commitment to finish.0
