    Wow!!! You look great and that is a great accomplishment 122 pounds I have only lost a total of 20 and 10 since i started MFP. I would just like to know how it is that you stayed motivated through the whole process? i'm having a very difficult time keeping motivated to eat right and excercise everyday.
