My first 22 lbs took me a lot longer than I had originally intended, but that's okay! Those pounds are gone and I couldn't be happier! How are you all doing on your weight loss journeys? There are tons of you on here kicking serious butt! Remember, a year from now you will have wished you had started today! Keep up the hard work!

    Well done! Keep it up! It's really a long haul losing weight...I'm surprised at how long it's taking me to lose about five more pounds, as the first 10 seemed to fly off, followed by a slower pace with the next chunk of five pounds, now these next five seem intent on sticking around!
