Well, one year ago after finding out my wife was pregnant i made the decision it was time to stop procrastinating and get in shape to keep up with the new bundle of joy coming our way. I did alright for a bit was able to lose the first 20 quickly but then i gave up for a bit.
Now I am going 20 days in a row watching what i am eating and beginig at the gym on a regualr basis.

That's fantastic!!! It's really nice to see, my husband lost his father at a young age and finds it acceptable that his son migh do the same. Be very proud!0
