Hi
I am in the Christmas mood.
Just set up the tree, thinking about the presents.
What shall we do this year? New Years eve...
Oh no
all those resolutions that most of us don't keep.
Why not start on the 1st of December.
I have tried many times and still can't get there.
Yesterday I saw 2 old friends and they looked
soooo good and I felt
sooooo bad. ( why can't I achieve that , they can)
Anyone would like to join me/ support me.
Tomorrow I will empty the cupboard of chocolate and start on 1st.
Who's in!!!

I know it may sound funny but want to start in Dec so I am 1 month ahead of the new year.
Start NOW they always say.
No more snacking after 7 pm is a very important goal. that's where most of the pounds come from.
The difficult part is throwing out the chocolate because my kids like/need it.
I teach them well what to eat and not to eat but once they are in bed I break that advice to myself.
We all dont really like fast food but I just over eat in the healthy food, thats also possible.
Not one nut but a cup full. etc
So silly
Lots of water and no snacking is my goal of today
have a great day everyone!0
