Should I drink Protein after a hard cardio session or just after strength training?

  • Both! And a carb too for replacing glycogen. You'll recover much quicker. coconut water helps restore electrolytes too, if you want to feel ever better :)

    You don't need to add carbohydrates post work out if you have taken enough in throughout the day.
