Not the fried rice. Which is a shame, because it's what I usually get. With shrimp.

I would probably get boiled instead of fried rice but thats about it.
I always think when you go out you should eat what you like log it and move on. It's not an exerday occurance so enjoy it.

Maybe do extra exercise and eat super healthy the rest of the day in preparation but one meal isnt going to undo weeks and months of hard work. Enjoy xxx

Get whatever you want and take half of it home! Put it away before you even start eating so that you're not tempted. I personally LOVE Pad Thai noodles....

Tofu or chicken with chilli and basil. I used to eat out a lot and ate loads of Thai and never went wrong here. At every restaurant the dish was loaded with vegies, the oil used to stirfry was minimal and the sauce wasn't full of palm sugar as a lot of the sauces for the noodles and fried rice dishes are.

    Oooh Thai is my favourite!

    Here are some ideas:

Clear soups- such as Tom Yum with prawns are super low cal.

Thai salads- Larb moo/Gai (minced pork or chicken with herbs/veggies/dressing) or thai papaya salad are low in fat/ cals & high in nutrients plus ruddy well tasty!!

    Grilled/steamed appetisers with dipping sauces.

Summer rolls/ rice paper spring rolls are not deep fried and are usually just filled with veggies/herbs/prawns.

Mains- go for non creamy curries like jungle curry, stir fried dishes or baked fish.

    Plain boiled rice

    Plain noodles

    Avoid:

    Prawn crackers

Deep fried items- 'money bags' prawn toasts, ribs, wings.

Creamy soup- like tom kha gai (boooooooooo- my favourite)

Creamy curries- like massaman, green/red/yellow, paneang

Sticky coconut Rice dishes/ fried rice dishes

oily or deep fried crispy Noodles

Or- Just have a little of what you fancy and kill it in the Gym tomorrow.
