Whenever I'm feeling bad about not having lost as much as I wanted, I think of this: One pound = 4 sticks of butter. So, the 20.4 pounds I have lost = 81.6 STICKS OF BUTTER!
That's 81.6 sticks of butter I'm not carrying around anymore. And THAT is a good feeling.
How many sticks of butter have YOU lost??
