Hi!

Just wanted to share a simple and delicious tzatziki recipe with you :

- 1 cucumber
- 2 cup of plain greek yogurt
- 1 to 3 garlic cloves (to taste)
- Fresh dill to taste (I put A LOT cause I love the taste of dill)
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste

remove the peel of the cucumber, cut it in half and remove the seeds of it. Then cut the cucumber in little cubes and place in a bowl. Add yogurt and garlic and stir well. Then add dill, olive oil, salt and pepper and mix everything until you have a smooth consistency.

You can use the Tzatziki as a dip for crackers or vegetables. You can also use it to replace mayonnaise in your sandwich or as a dressing in your salad!

Note that when it sit more than 24 hours in your fridge, there could be some water on the tzatziki. That's the water of the cucumber. To prevent that, you could disgorge the cucumber before using it, but as I'm way too lazy to do it, I just stir a bit and it's perfect for me.
